As a woman, you always have to look your best all the time. Without the top tips for beauty, you might just end up not looking your best. It is crucial that you take care of yourself by using a lighted makeup mirror that would show you some points of weakness for your skin. Here are a few tips to get you started.

1. Use tea bags to eliminate the puffy eyes. 

Once you are done with the black tea bags, you can let them chill in a refrigerator fist. Place one bag on one eyelid and do the same for the other eye. Keep them on for 5 to 10 minutes and you should be ready to see some difference.


2. The raspberries and coconut oil could be important for having brighter lips. 

Mash the berries in the coconut oil until they are smooth. Apply the chilled paste on your lips for a few days to note some improvement.

3. Do the inverted postures of yoga to get some benefits such as a smoother skin and a naturally lifted face. 

The positions help with improved blood circulation to different parts of the body that could use the nutrients. The postures could also come in handy if you have back pains and other injuries.

4. If you want to end up with a hydrated skin, then you need to apply a blend of sweet almond oil, raspberry and natural pomegranate. 

What it does is help the body retain more hydration this keeping it soft. You have to apply the blend on the skin after cleansing or after applying makeup.

5. Just as finding the best curling irons for short hair, the type of pillow you choose could also affect your facial skin. 

It is important to find the type of fabric that will decrease the friction on the skin and also skin compression. It is the reason that some pillows might make you wake up having wrinkles whiles others do not do the same.

6. Coconut oil is always great for the skin. 

You need to start your morning by having a glass of coconut water. You could also take another glass at any time of the day if you have access to coconut water still. Go ahead also to include important hydrating meals such as wild salmon, olives and avocado in your diet.

  11. Ok so I think I hydrate my skin enough - I get the good stuff but the pillows affecting our wrinkles?? I so know in my gut that's true but what does that mean? What type of pillowcase is the best?? I love great sheets and always go with good cotton, but are some less abrasive? YIKES and thank you!

  12. I'm yet to start using coconut oil in my beauty regime and so thank you for the tip! Also, great point on the type of pillow being important; silk pillowslips are also brilliant for decreasing hair breakage (great for when you're growing your hair!).

  22. I love using coconut oil on my skin, and it makes such a difference. I also really like inversions in yoga too. I generally like yoga because it has so many benefits, but that is a plus I didn't know about before.

  24. I really agree with having the right type of pillow. It also helps that the pillows are clean and the sheets are replaced as needed because dust and dustmites can accumulate real fast.
