  2. Low Carbohydrate Meal Replacement Shakes. These shakes are recommended for people who are targeting a low-carb diet and there are products available with 0 grams carb as well!

  10. Dear Lux, This post reminded me of something I read recently about the new wave of tech workers (Amazon and Microsoft, etc.) here in Seattle. I was surprised to learn that many of them are so intent on their work that they like to skip meals that take them away from their work station. However, they really don't skip meals, they just drink a meal replacement. Probably something like the shakes described in this post. Thanks for sharing this info!
